Where do Southern California’s House Republicans stand on tax reform?

"The tax reform bill, also known as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act or H.R. 1, would consolidate tax brackets, double the standard deduction and lower corporate taxes in the name of taxpayer relief and boosting the economy.

It also would do away with many tax deductions, including those for medical expenses, student loan interest, adoptions and state and local income taxes. More than six million Californians use the state and local tax deductions each year and Californians deducted $112.5 billion in state and local taxes in 2015, according to the Tax Policy Center."
